WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our return policy allows customers to return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. All items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Yes, we do offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with making an exchange.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
